About the role
- You act as an entrepreneur in your store, make decisions and proactively drive improvements
- You implement the store's organizational and operational processes reliably and continuously develop them
- You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model and create a positive, motivating work atmosphere
- You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted corrective actions
Requirements
- Experience in retail; experience in eyewear/optics is a plus
- Leadership experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and a keen sense for customer needs
- Solid understanding of business metrics and control tools
- Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
