About the role
- You act as an entrepreneur in your store, make decisions and actively drive improvements.
- You reliably implement the store’s organizational and operational processes and continuously develop them.
- You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model and create a positive, motivating working environment.
- You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted corrective actions.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, ideally in optometry/optical retail
- Leadership experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and a confident sense for customer needs
- Confident handling of business KPIs and management/control tools
- Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
