- Define the retention strategy for Loora
- Develop a deep understanding of our users
- Identify the biggest opportunities and most critical challenges
- Make sharp prioritization calls
- Design and run a continuous stream of experiments
- Build a culture of rigorous testing
- Lead and inspire the Retention Squad
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis
- Partner closely with Loora's AI Research team
- Think beyond product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven ability to lead a product domain end-to-end and own cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments
- Familiarity working with ML or AI teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools.
- Low ego, high curiosity, and a bias for action.
