About the role

  • Define and lead the company’s Web2App strategy optimizing quiz-based funnels to drive high-intent users into the app.
  • Run and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels with a focus on revenue-based goals.
  • Analyze funnel performance end-to-end to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks.
  • Manage $1M+ monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ideate, test, and launch growth experiments quickly.
  • Own the data integrity of the Web2App funnel. You will optimize attribution logic and automate workflows to ensure we scale acquisition with minimal manual overhead
  • Introduce new ideas, tools, and approaches to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of B2C User Acquisition or Performance Marketing experience (Web + App).
  • Deep understanding of web funnels and Web2App conversion flows.
  • Proven success managing $1M+ monthly budgets with strong ROAS for subscription-based products.
  • Data-fluent: experienced with AppsFlyer (or similar MMP), GA4 and BI tools.
  • AI-savvy, comfortable with AI tools and utilizes them in your day to day
  • Hands-on, curious, and comfortable taking bold bets and learning fast.
  • Fluent in English
