About the role

  • Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure (GCP), ensuring applications are scalable, secure and resilient;
  • Build, operate and maintain infrastructure components such as Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Cloud Run, and others;
  • Prepare technical documentation and architectural diagrams for infrastructure flows (CI/CD pipelines, networking, security, databases);
  • Identify, propose and implement DevOps best practices;
  • Lead technical meetings with clients;
  • Analyze and evaluate technical and non-technical requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs;
  • Work on resolving critical incidents and optimizing performance in development and production environments;
  • Implement architectural patterns and best practices, such as microservices and event-driven architecture;
  • Develop services in Kotlin and/or Python that support the platform (internal APIs, integrations, tools and pipelines);
  • Collaborate with R&D teams (Frontend, Design and Backend) to ensure solutions are scalable, observable and easy to operate in production.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS or similar);
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and containerization;
  • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions);
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Ansible);
  • Experience with Linux (command line);
  • Experience with Bash and Kotlin/Python;
  • Experience with REST APIs;
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming;
  • Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases;
  • Experience with Git/GitHub.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, logging stack);
  • Experience with Redis, MongoDB or Elasticsearch;
  • Knowledge of application and infrastructure security;
  • Experience with event-driven architecture;
  • Experience with automated testing;
  • Experience with functional programming;
  • Experience with LLMs (tools, frameworks or practical applications);
  • Advanced English.
