About the role
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout all project phases, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of the Looqbox solution, from kickoff through stabilization of use.
- Lead client meetings (kickoff, alignments, status reports, trainings and follow-ups), organizing the agenda, objectives and next steps.
- Prepare and deliver structured presentations to clients, communicating status, deliverables, risks, scope changes and schedule re-planning.
- Manage project schedules, timelines and priorities, ensuring predictability and transparency.
- Track the development of deliverables with the internal team, aligning technical and business expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks, dependencies and blockers, and proposing action plans.
- Address client questions and requests during and after implementation.
- Conduct meetings and in-person client visits when applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles with direct customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience in project implementation and monitoring.
- Experience leading meetings and presentations for clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and re-plan activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate deadlines and align expectations.
- Experience interacting with internal teams and multidisciplinary areas.
- Availability for in-person meetings and client visits.
- Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Success or Customer Experience roles. (Preferred)
- Experience working in technology companies or with SaaS products. (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of BI, data or analytical solutions. (Preferred)
- Experience with mid-sized and large enterprise clients. (Preferred)
