About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **Key Responsibilities
  • - Learn and contribute to our advertising-focused SDKs under the guidance of Staff level engineers
  • - Assist in building and maintaining test apps used by developers and QA to validate SDKs
  • - Continuously learn and improve Claude Code workflows to enhance code quality, productivity, and efficiency in Android SDK development
  • - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following team standards
  • - Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and provide peer feedback
  • - Help investigate and debug creative rendering issues with support from the team
  • - Collaborate with Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and senior developers on feature implementation
  • - Write and maintain unit tests for SDK components
  • - Contribute to technical documentation for SDK integration
  • - Stay updated with Android development trends and share learnings with the team**

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Key Skills & Experience
  • Required:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • - Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written — essential for daily collaboration with our international team across USA, Poland, and Ukraine
  • - Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate coding workflows, learning, and problem-solving
  • - 7+ years of commercial or substantial personal project experience with mobile development
  • - 4+ years of commercial or substantial personal project experience with Android development
  • - SDK development experience
  • - Foundational knowledge of Kotlin and Java
  • - Exposure to MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture patterns
  • - Understanding of core Android concepts:**- Activities, Fragments, Services**- Application lifecycle and state management**- UI development (XML layouts, Jetpack Compose basics)**- Concurrency**- Networking libraries (Retrofit, OkHttp)
  • - Familiarity with Android Studio and Gradle build system
  • - Best software testing practices
  • - Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
  • - Basic knowledge of iOS/Swift development
  • - Experience with Git version control
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • - Published apps on Google Play Store
  • - Familiarity with GitHub Actions or CI/CD concepts**
