About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions and retail organizations to secure new revenue for Loomis
  • Lead growth initiatives by implementing sales strategies and executing business development plans
  • Drive new revenue by positioning cash logistics and financial services solutions
  • Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at assigned banking and retail accounts across the U.S.
  • Execute sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed revenue quotas and growth objectives
  • Plan for and sell strategic ATM, Armored, Cash Vault Processing, and other services
  • Develop customer solutions that provide differentiated value within the financial supply chain
  • Collaborate with corporate, Branch, and District teams to support onboarding and service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development, pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Make calls, presentations, and network with senior Loomis personnel and teammates
  • Represent Loomis at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting and CRM documentation for forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Report to the SVP–National Financial Business Development for performance and results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is desired
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with large regional or national accounts
  • Consultative sales experience in the financial, banking, supply chain, or service sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience improving portfolio design, total cost, and service enhancement using technology and process improvement techniques
  • Financial or accounting experience focused on value proposition design, unit cost, total cost, EVA, and service improvements
  • Analytical approach to presenting business solutions
  • Ability to maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships with District Vice Presidents, Branch, and Corporate personnel
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and business partners
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align sales initiatives with business goals
  • Strategic, customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effective communication with organizational stakeholders and external business contacts
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and related software
  • Integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
