About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day user support for Salesforce platform.
Resolve tickets in the Salesforce support queue and troubleshoot user issues.
Assist with platform configuration and maintenance tasks.
Maintain clear communication with end users and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues related to Salesforce.
Partner with cross-functional teams to help resolve user issues.
Perform routine Salesforce administrative tasks such as user setup and license management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201) or willingness to work toward certification.
Interest in continuing to grow Salesforce administration skills and expand platform knowledge.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously while maintaining strong response times.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Salesforce Flow.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options and common business workflows.
Candidates must have prior hands-on experience using Salesforce in a professional environment.
