About the role
- Provide day-to-day user support for Salesforce platform.
- Resolve tickets in the Salesforce support queue and troubleshoot user issues.
- Assist with platform configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain clear communication with end users and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues related to Salesforce.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help resolve user issues.
- Perform routine Salesforce administrative tasks such as user setup and license management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201) or willingness to work toward certification.
- Interest in continuing to grow Salesforce administration skills and expand platform knowledge.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously while maintaining strong response times.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Salesforce Flow.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options and common business workflows.
- Candidates must have prior hands-on experience using Salesforce in a professional environment.
