About the role

  • Provide day-to-day user support for Salesforce platform.
  • Resolve tickets in the Salesforce support queue and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Assist with platform configuration and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication with end users and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues related to Salesforce.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help resolve user issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADM-201) or willingness to work toward certification.
  • Interest in continuing to grow Salesforce administration skills and expand platform knowledge.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously while maintaining strong response times.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Salesforce Flow.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options and common business workflows.
  • Candidates must have prior hands-on experience using Salesforce in a professional environment.
