About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage BI developers and data warehouse engineers.
- Architect and oversee enterprise data warehouse using SQL Server and Azure.
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
- Develop dimensional data models for reporting and analytics.
- Build and manage Tableau dashboards and datasets.
- Support Power BI reporting initiatives.
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
- Collaborate with teams integrating LOS, Salesforce, and vendor data.
- Support executive reporting and analytics needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years BI/Data experience
- 2+ years leadership
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL
- Azure Data Factory / ETL experience
- Tableau expertise
- Data modeling experience
- Power BI experience (preferred)
- Azure Synapse or Fabric (preferred)
- Financial services experience (preferred)
