About the role

Lead and manage implementation of Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems for clients
Provide guidance, leadership, and project management to ensure design and workflows are delivered successfully
Serve as project lead and perform current state analysis and deliver future state design
Contribute to hands-on system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, client training, and go-live support
Work across cross-functional teams both internal and client
Conduct time and motion studies and work measurement tasks for engineered labor standards
Analyze study results and assist in creation of engineered labor standards
Develop project proposals, presentations, and new client activities
Provide industrial engineering expertise to cross functional teams to improve manufacturing facilities and processes
Remote role; preferred location near a major airport
Travel: 50%

Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering
Experience with Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems (JDA/Blue Yonder preferred)
Experience and understanding of distribution center environment
MOST certification a big plus!
Experience with stat/data analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to advise/present in front of senior leadership and/or large group of floors employees
Strong Excel-based background, regression analysis, and data-mining techniques
