About the role
- Lead and manage implementation of Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems for clients
- Provide guidance, leadership, and project management to ensure design and workflows are delivered successfully
- Serve as project lead and perform current state analysis and deliver future state design
- Contribute to hands-on system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, client training, and go-live support
- Work across cross-functional teams both internal and client
- Conduct time and motion studies and work measurement tasks for engineered labor standards
- Analyze study results and assist in creation of engineered labor standards
- Develop project proposals, presentations, and new client activities
- Provide industrial engineering expertise to cross functional teams to improve manufacturing facilities and processes
- Remote role; preferred location near a major airport
- Travel: 50%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering
- Experience with Warehouse Management/Labor Management systems (JDA/Blue Yonder preferred)
- Experience and understanding of distribution center environment
- MOST certification a big plus!
- Experience with stat/data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to advise/present in front of senior leadership and/or large group of floors employees
- Strong Excel-based background, regression analysis, and data-mining techniques
