About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to gather role requirements and translate them into compelling, accurate job descriptions
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake strategy to offer negotiation, with a focus on high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Source active and passive technical talent through creative strategies, including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, and niche job boards
  • Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural) and coordinate technical assessments with internal SMEs
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Long View’s values and employer brand
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, sourcing strategies, and data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Lever (ATS), ensuring compliance and transparency at every stage
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles, with an eye toward long-term workforce planning
  • Represent Long View at virtual and in-person industry events and career fairs, enhancing our talent brand and community presence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally in an IT consulting, MSP, or similar high-demand technical environment
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with hiring managers to scope roles and build effective job descriptions.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for a wide range of roles
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex technical service offerings
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Strategic mindset with a data-informed approach to problem-solving and planning
