- Support Long View’s mission to deliver an exceptional employee experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal moves, promotions, and departures
- Provide leadership to Branch Recruiter and oversee talent management processes
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and comp annual reviews
- Champion Long View’s culture through belonging initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years’ HR Management experience
- Experience developing and presenting training programs and info sessions
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational / time management skills
- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Post-secondary education
