About the role

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning application development, cloud, infrastructure, and third-party integrations
  • Break down ambiguous initiatives into concrete technical plans, milestones, and dependencies
  • Drive execution while maintaining a strong understanding of system architecture, implementation details, and operational impacts
  • Actively participate in architecture, design, and implementation discussions
  • Perform technical analysis to evaluate design options, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies
  • Provide informed technical recommendations across application, cloud, and infrastructure domains
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks early in the lifecycle
  • Work closely with Application Engineers to understand code-level and system-level changes
  • Coordinate initiatives involving AWS services, cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and internal platforms
  • Lead and coordinate integrations with third-party systems (e.g., e-signature platforms and other SaaS providers)
  • Ensure alignment between application changes and infrastructure, cloud, and security requirements
  • Partner with Product Managers to align technical initiatives with product priorities and roadmaps
  • Act as a technical bridge between application teams, infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams
  • Drive alignment on scope, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Improve technical planning, execution, and delivery processes
  • Ensure programs meet reliability, scalability, security, and compliance standards
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-team technical efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or systems engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar technical leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience working across both application and infrastructure domains
  • Experience with third-party integrations and SaaS platforms
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and/or cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate complex technical concepts and trade-offs
  • Proven ability to perform technical analysis and drive actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams.
