About the role

  • Initiate forms design library/forms reviews and test data entry fields and their functions
  • Report problems, perform troubleshooting and drive resolution
  • Own and execute all test plans for Lone Wolf zipForm and TransactionDesk products
  • Perform functionality testing, end-to-end system testing, regression testing, and automated/manual testing as needed
  • Work with Forms Designers and Forms Design Team Leads to define and review software or viewer related issues
  • Recommend design process improvements to ensure accurate field programming and high-quality forms
  • Provide detailed documentation to form designers to pinpoint and solve form functionality issues
  • Thoroughly test each form for formatting accuracy and field function to ensure compatibility with the end product viewer

Requirements

  • Ability to take initiative, plan, multi-task, attention to detail and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of programming through experience and/or formal education
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with proper interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to perform complex problem solving and identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Should have a high ability for accuracy
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Must have the ability to manage/meet production and mandatory deadlines
  • Must be able to follow processes and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Proficient in Microsoft CRM
  • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
  • Computer technical background
  • Provide superior team communication
  • Minimum of 5 years computer experience is required
  • College degree in business or computer science is a plus
