About the role
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching using blended and experiential approaches
- Mark and assess Level 4–5 undergraduate modules
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance
- Maintain subject expertise through research or professional practice
Requirements
- Degree and postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum two years’ Higher Education teaching experience
- Strong assessment literacy and feedback practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) (desirable)
- Fellowship (or working towards Fellowship) of the HEA (desirable)
- Experience teaching Levels 4–6 and / or 7 (desirable)
