Graphics Designer

• Lead, organise, and deliver high-impact outreach to schools and colleges, initially across Greater London, and eventually expanding nationally
• Represent LCCA confidently, stylishly, and authentically, embodying the creative culture we champion
• Build deep, lasting relationships with feeder schools while proactively creating new partnerships
• Deliver inspiring presentations that explain real career pathways into fashion and the creative industries, and how LCCA can be the launchpad
• Manage all visit and event scheduling and collaborate with academics to showcase our programmes
• Review every student touchpoint and build an outreach plan covering events, website content, CRM journeys, nurture campaigns, and more aligned to the Outreach Strategy and Marketing Strategy
• Work closely with our Marketing team to align messaging and grow our market share
