About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage beneficiary changes (enrollments, updates, and cancellations) in accordance with eligibility rules
  • Process benefit purchases, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and requirements
  • Process supplier payments by validating information and ensuring accurate cost allocation
  • Assist employees by answering questions and providing guidance on available benefits
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and company guidelines
  • Support the review of data, controls, and department reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required (a degree in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred)
  • Previous experience with personnel administration or benefits administration routines
  • Knowledge of benefits management systems is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to manage deadlines and operational demands
  • Teamwork skills
