About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and support accounting routines related to the control of fixed and intangible assets;
Perform analyses, reconciliations and accounting controls of asset movements;
Monitor capitalization, disposals, transfers, depreciation and amortization of assets;
Ensure the quality and consistency of asset information recorded in systems;
Support the monthly accounting close related to the asset accounts under your responsibility;
Conduct balance sheet analyses and support the preparation of management reports;
Develop and maintain KPIs, databases and dashboards to monitor the company's assets;
Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities, contributing to more efficient and digital processes;
Support initiatives related to the use of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and Artificial Intelligence in the accounting area;
Provide support for internal and external audit requests, supplying necessary information and documentation;
Collaborate with partner areas such as Finance, Controllership, Expansion, Construction/Projects, IT and Business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
Knowledge of accounting routines and reconciliations;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Analytical profile and interest in data and technology;
Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly;
Knowledge of or interest in developing skills in Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate;
Experience with integrated systems (ERP).

Preferred / Nice to have:
Knowledge in fixed asset management and control;
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools;
Experience with process automation and data handling/processing;
Exposure to generative artificial intelligence tools;
Participation in continuous improvement or digital transformation projects.
