About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support budget cycles, forecasts and financial reviews, ensuring consistency of assumptions and alignment with the strategic objectives of the areas served.
Monitor actuals versus budget/forecast, identifying variances, root causes, risks, opportunities and potential action plans.
Build financial analyses, scenarios and sensitivity studies to support investment decisions, project prioritization and resource allocation.
Support the assessment of business cases, ROI, payback and economic impacts of initiatives in Technology, Data, Shared Service Centers (SSC), Engineering and Architecture.
Monitor recurring expenses and investments, contributing to CAPEX, OPEX and future financial commitments governance.
Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards that connect costs, volumes, demand, SLAs, productivity and installed capacity.
Work closely with partner areas, translating financial analyses into clear recommendations and supporting executive discussions.
Contribute to initiatives for efficiency, productivity, automation and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, budget control or performance analysis.
Advanced Excel and strong ability to structure, analyze and interpret financial and operational datasets.
Analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Good communication, organization and ability to interact with technical areas and non-financial stakeholders.
Proactive attitude, pragmatism and the ability to operate in dynamic and transforming environments.
**Differentials:**
Knowledge of Power BI, data visualization tools or automation of routines.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP or integrated management systems.
Experience with CAPEX, OPEX, business cases, technology projects or shared services environments.
Experience creating executive materials, efficiency analyses or productivity indicators.
