About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the technical reference in projects for the evolution and continuous improvement of the Automated Distribution Center (DC);
  • Capture, document and disseminate knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms to internal teams;
  • Lead technology and digital transformation projects focused on Supply Chain operations;
  • Work closely with business areas to gather, analyze and prioritize requirements;
  • Identify opportunities for technological optimization and efficiency improvements in logistics processes;
  • Prepare functional specifications and requirements for solution development;
  • Manage technology vendors and partners, monitoring deliveries and performance indicators;
  • Evaluate technical and commercial proposals, supporting procurement processes and decision-making;
  • Monitor schedules, risks, costs and project KPIs for projects under your responsibility;
  • Produce management reports, operational analyses and financial controls related to projects;
  • Act proactively in problem solving, process improvement and implementation of technological innovations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge and Experience
  • - Experience in eliciting and specifying system requirements;
  • - Knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations;
  • - Experience with WMS systems and warehouse management processes;
  • - Knowledge of databases and SQL queries (PL/SQL or SQL Server);
  • - Analytical skills and systems thinking to evaluate processes and solutions;
  • - Ability to work in cross-functional environments and manage stakeholders;
  • - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset;
  • - Proactivity, autonomy and results orientation.
