About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage relationships with collection agencies and third-party collection suppliers;
  • Monitor the operational performance of partners, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Lead performance/result meetings, operational alignment sessions and action plans with suppliers;
  • Monitor operational KPIs for call centers and debt recovery;
  • Assess the effectiveness of dialing strategies, segmentation and outreach tactics;
  • Ensure partners' adherence to the company's operational, regulatory and quality guidelines;
  • Contribute to the development of meritocracy models and supplier governance;
  • Develop analyses to optimize productivity, effectiveness and recovery rates of outsourced channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing collection agencies or outsourced operations;
  • Experience in supplier/vendor relationship management;
  • Advanced knowledge of collections performance metrics;
  • Experience in collections call center operations;
  • Ability to critically analyze operational metrics and define action plans;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience in credit/debt recovery within financial institutions.
