About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the structuring of financial operations (fundraisings, investments, guarantees, etc.).
Manage short- and medium-term operational cash flow, including analysis of historical data, projections and variance analysis.
Monitor liquidity, profitability, accuracy and risk indicators, proposing corrective actions.
Analyze and interpret regulatory standards and implement treasury internal controls through documentation and process review to ensure compliance.
Execute financial transactions via banking systems and messaging in the SPB (Brazilian Payments System).
Perform routine financial investments and execute fundraising operations in accordance with the institution's policies.
Interact with internal departments and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in accounting and financial closings, providing treasury data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
Knowledge of cash flow and projection models.
Knowledge of SPB messaging.
Knowledge of financial instruments and regulation (BACEN, CVM, etc.).
Knowledge of financial mathematics, calculations and financial indicators.
Knowledge of Accounting.
Experience in bank negotiations.
Strong communication, results orientation, resilience and adaptability.
**Differentials:**
Knowledge of VBA/Python.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in finance or related areas.
CPA-20 certification or similar.
