Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute multichannel CRM strategies aligned with business objectives, defining hypotheses, segmentation criteria and tests for continuous optimization.
Prepare communication briefs for campaigns and journeys, ensuring consistency with the strategy and alignment with creative and content teams.
Develop segmentations with logical rules, considering value, behavior and lifecycle.
Implement campaigns and automated journeys in the CRM platform, ensuring correct configuration and integration with other systems.
Monitor and analyze campaign results, proposing recommendations to optimize content, strategy and overall performance.
Ensure that all stages involved in initiatives/projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
Consolidate insights and learnings into structured reports, maintaining a history to evolve strategies and continuously improve processes.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in CRM with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Prior experience with CRM tools/platforms.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Experience with A/B testing (hypothesis definition, variants, result interpretation) and understanding of CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversion).
Knowledge of HTML.
Experience with Oracle Responsys.
