About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Extract, query, and manipulate data from data lakes, databases, and customer service platforms.
  • Structure, validate, and maintain reliable databases for use by curation, customer service, and business teams.
  • Cross-reference information across different sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop analyses that support improvement of the customer experience across digital channels (IVR/URA, WhatsApp, and Chat).
  • Build and monitor operational and strategic KPIs for digital channels.
  • Create dashboards, management reports, and analytical studies to support decision-making.
  • Identify deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support initiatives for automation, monitoring, and data governance in the area.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, planning, operations, and curation teams to translate business needs into analyses and recommendations.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of information used by the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in analysis, processing, and manipulation of data in corporate environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, or structured databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Experience creating and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of metrics and KPIs for digital operations and customer service.
  • Experience or familiarity with digital customer service channels, especially IVR/URA, WhatsApp, and Chat.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer service platforms.
  • Experience with customer experience (CX) data and digital customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to customer service, chatbots, and conversational flows.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of process automation and generation of predictive insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Investigative mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and proposing improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
  • Business acumen combined with technical depth.
