About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, identify workarounds, test, and technically resolve incidents and requests;
Manage service-level activities within the company's ITSM processes, appropriately routing services among partners;
Report analysis progress to the coordinator and peers;
Act with risk awareness when addressing operational impacts;
Support the definition of technical solutions together with our partners;
Execute tests and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with users;
Lead system changes;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (completed or in progress);
Maintenance/support of services and microservices;
REST/SOAP APIs and system integration;
Monitoring tools (Grafana, Graylog, Dynatrace);
Oracle databases, PL/SQL for scripting and automation;
Knowledge of file transfer protocols and tools (FTP);
System integration tools;
Intermediate English.
Knowledge of SAP Commerce
Desirable knowledge in:
Knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices, and cloud environments;
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis;
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices;
Experience managing incidents, requests, changes, configurations, problems, and crises;
Experience with operational automation, observability, and continuous improvement of service reliability.
