About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, identify workarounds, test, and technically resolve incidents and requests;
- Manage service-level activities within the company's ITSM processes, appropriately routing services among partners;
- Report analysis progress to the coordinator and peers;
- Act with risk awareness when addressing operational impacts;
- Support the definition of technical solutions together with our partners;
- Execute tests and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with users;
- Lead system changes;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (completed or in progress);
- Maintenance/support of services and microservices;
- REST/SOAP APIs and system integration;
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Graylog, Dynatrace);
- Oracle databases, PL/SQL for scripting and automation;
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols and tools (FTP);
- System integration tools;
- Intermediate English.
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce
- Desirable knowledge in:
- Knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices, and cloud environments;
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis;
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices;
- Experience managing incidents, requests, changes, configurations, problems, and crises;
- Experience with operational automation, observability, and continuous improvement of service reliability.
