About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze sales indicators for all channels: WhatsApp (Blip, Oto), DFV, Partners, Company and mailing lists;
Conduct Alignment Meetings (P.A.) with project leadership by macro-region;
Implement and monitor action plans, ensuring execution and adjustments as needed;
Monitor the sales operation and propose new working approaches;
Participate in alignment meetings with regional teams;
Develop incentive initiatives for stores with higher growth potential (management by exception);
Deliver in-store training, promoting continuous skills development;
Respond to corporate requests such as surveys, material gathering, and other demands;
Promote awareness and use of sales channels to expand reach and engagement;
Monitor and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and risks;
Organize and participate in RMRs, contributing strategic insights;
Execute the department checklist in stores, ensuring compliance and operational standards;
Develop action plans aligned with the company strategy and the customer-delight culture.
