About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the area’s tactical activities, defining priorities, organizing the backlog and ensuring consistency and quality in deliveries.
- Lead team management, developing people, directing analyses and raising the team’s technical and behavioral level.
- Structure and evolve operational Capacity Planning models, understanding scenarios, constraints and proposing structural adjustments.
- Improve the current Workforce Planning model, ensuring compliance with legal, operational and business constraints.
- Conduct advanced resource optimization analyses (cost, time, coverage and productivity) using robust analytical models.
- Assess variance in capacity management execution and propose sustainable, data-driven adjustments and solutions.
- Set action priorities focused on improving productivity and operational performance for the store process continuous improvement area and other company areas, aiming to increase process efficiency.
- Ensure methodological consistency in analyses, respecting operational assumptions and constraints.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the area, evolving processes, tools and analytical models.
- Maintain constant interaction with stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical reference for the area, supporting important decisions with analytical evidence.
- Translate complex analyses into clear and concise narratives for decision making.
- Run simulations and scenarios, ensuring robustness and traceability of recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience and interest in team management and people development.
- Ability to manage the area tactically, prioritizing demands and ensuring deliveries.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and objectively for interaction with stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different operational areas.
- Organizational and operational situational awareness.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
- Professional maturity to act autonomously on complex topics.
- Resilience, especially in high-pressure and changing scenarios.
- Sense of humor and lightness, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
- Ability to balance analytical depth with pragmatism.
- Strong command of data analysis applied to operations (advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of analytical modeling, clustering and balancing.
- Ability to work with multiple operational variables (productivity, headcount, structure, complexity).
- Knowledge of operational rules and applicable labor legislation.
- Experience building structured, consistent and auditable models.
