About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of data-driven solutions, connecting business needs with insights
- Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve deliverables
- Track defined priorities and maintain organization of the workflow
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's processes and routines
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of data, following standards and best practices
- Create custom data analyses to meet the team's specific needs
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with SQL and Power BI
- Strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Curiosity and a continuous desire to learn
- Organization and responsibility for deliverables
- Customer-focused mindset and drive to generate value
- Ethical, transparent, and results-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of Databricks
- Prior experience (internship or projects) in data analysis
- Basic data storytelling skills
