About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop analyses and studies to support strategic Credit and Collections decisions;
Create projections and monitor trends, identifying opportunities and risks;
Build indicators, reports and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance;
Support the definition and tracking of credit and collections strategies;
Monitor approval rates, delinquency and other key metrics, acting proactively to identify deviations and improvement opportunities;
Prepare executive materials with data-driven storytelling for committees and decision-making forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Credit and Collections;
Strong analytical profile and business acumen;
Proficiency in SQL (Databricks);
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations;
Excellent communication and summarization skills.
Nice to have: Power BI, Python, and Think-Cell.
