About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the organization and facilitation of our People & Sustainability rituals
- Support responding to internal service requests related to the goal-setting process
- Work on governance activities for the area, including assisting in the development of performance indicators
- Create related templates and dashboards
- Support payment processing activities, including entering invoices
- Guide employees on the overall Performance Management process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or related degree program
- Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets and in creating presentations with PowerPoint and Canva
- Intermediate English.
