Supplier Management Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the onboarding journey of new domestic and international suppliers with internal and external clients, supporting the process from registration, qualification/approval and system access through to the first delivery;
- Monitor suppliers' ongoing participation in the supply chain;
- Monitor requests and needs from the product team and suppliers, seeking solutions through interaction with other departments or suppliers;
- Assist in drafting and sending communications to suppliers;
- Support the organization and execution of events involving the supplier network and the product team;
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from suppliers and internal teams;
- Provide support for requests from the Supplier Management team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Comfortable working with databases and managing registrations/records;
- Intermediate English;
- Solid Excel skills are essential;
- Experience in supplier management.
