About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, analyze, and validate purchase orders and/or service execution requests;
- Validate quotes and estimates;
- Liaise with stores and operating units;
- Monitor the entire order and execution workflow;
- Handle and follow up on corrective requests for stores/operating units;
- Prepare and deliver performance reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
- Experience in maintenance administration (administrative area of maintenance);
- Intermediate Excel skills.
