About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the collection, organization, and updating of operational data to support the team’s analyses
Support the updating and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and operational controls
Assist in monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring information is kept up to date
Support the execution of operational and administrative routines, contributing to their standardization
Assist in implementing operational improvements
Prepare materials and information for meetings and operational follow-ups
Interact with partner areas (operations, stores, IT, etc.) to collect and validate information
Ensure the organization, quality, and integrity of the team’s data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (in final semesters) in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
Intermediate English for participation in trainings, meetings, and communication with global teams
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Analytical profile and problem-solving orientation
Good communication and ability to build relationships with different areas
Familiarity with operational indicators/KPIs
Strong organizational skills
Ability to interpret data and communicate information clearly
