About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and update operational databases and reports
Support staffing planning routines, considering store demand and capacity
Analyze exception requests, following defined criteria and parameters
Consolidate data and assist in preparing operational analyses and studies
Interact with store managers to collect, validate, and align information
Monitor operational KPIs and flag deviations
Ensure the quality, organization, and reliability of databases
Support process standardization and continuous improvement of routines

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma (college education in progress preferred)
Basic Excel skills (spreadsheet editing, simple formulas)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ease in building relationships
Organized and disciplined in executing routines
Ability to follow established processes and criteria
**Preferred qualifications:**
Previous experience in administrative or operational routines, or data analysis
Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Interest in data analysis and operational efficiency
**Additional/Desirable knowledge:**
Understanding of operational KPIs
Strong organization of files and documentation
Ability to interpret data and communicate information clearly
