About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop and structure the CRO team, setting priorities, rituals and working frameworks.
  • Promote a data-driven culture, focusing on continuous experimentation and rapid learning.
  • Ensure the team's technical proficiency in testing methodologies, statistical analysis and optimization tools.
  • Define and manage the experimentation roadmap, prioritizing hypotheses based on expected impact and effort.
  • Ensure methodological rigor in tests: sample definition, statistical significance, audience segmentation and result analysis.
  • Manage testing platforms.
  • Document learnings and build a knowledge base to scale insights across squads and departments.
  • Coordinate the evolution and performance of solutions such as internal search (text and image): result relevance, merchandising, ranking rules.
  • Monitor KPIs for each tool and propose continuous improvements based on usage and conversion data.
  • Lead personalization initiatives based on user behavior, profile and context.
  • Define personalization rules (content, product displays, banners, contextual communications).
  • Work together with data/CDP teams to activate audiences and segments.
  • Identify trends, benchmarks and innovation opportunities in UX and CRO in the market.
  • Conduct POCs (Proofs of Concept) for new technologies and optimization approaches.
  • Act as an interlocutor between Experience Design, Product, Technology, Commercial, Channels and Communications areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
  • Strong experience in CRO, digital experimentation or related areas (Growth, Digital Product, UX Analytics).
  • People management experience.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and personalization platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics applied to experimentation.
  • Familiarity with internal search tools (Algonomy, Algolia, Coveo, Bloomreach or similar).
