Service Management Analyst CSC III – Projects

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in migration and/or process adaptation projects for processes to be migrated or implemented within the company;
- Identify opportunities and define requirements for new products and services to meet customer and company needs;
- Conduct sizing and feasibility studies, and other analyses required to approve project implementation;
- Contribute to process design aimed at delivering the best customer experience and optimizing results;
- Work and collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that delight our customers;
- Develop solution proposals to improve the quality of service delivery;
- Be responsible for continuous discovery of new features, as well as the backlog and roadmap for product/service evolution;
- Lead continuous improvement projects, communicate changes to the team, and ensure adoption;
- Map company processes across different units using BPMN and VSM as a basis;
- Identify and map root causes of process issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
- Break down and deploy the process architecture and value chain vision and oversee knowledge management and documentation updates;
- Perform continuous analyses and necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing improvement;
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Training/knowledge in Project Management (PMBOK)
- Training/knowledge in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
- Experience in Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Quality/Auditing and BPMN notation (CBOK)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
- Postgraduate degree in related areas (desirable)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in process-related areas
- Experience in system implementation projects
- Knowledge of process automation tools (desirable)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their roles
- Knowledge of IT Service Management methodology (ITIL)
