About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities for partners (sellers).
  • Define and execute sales growth strategies (campaigns, pricing, assortment).
  • Ensure an adequate and competitive assortment on the platform.
  • Address operational issues that impact sales (blocks, stockouts, etc.).
  • Develop close, long-term relationships with strategic sellers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations aimed at increasing sales, margin, and market share.
  • Proactively follow up on commercial actions (campaigns, promotions, inventory).
  • Use strong influencing and persuasion skills with partners.
  • Monitor and optimize marketplace performance within the e-commerce channel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Communications, etc.) to ensure:
  • Placement on the website/app
  • Media campaigns (banners, email, push notifications)
  • Improved visibility for sellers
  • Balance external negotiations (sellers) with internal negotiations (Renner channels).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and/or marketplaces (seller farming).
  • Strong experience in account/partner portfolio management (commercial).
  • Proven track record in negotiation and relationship management with clients/suppliers.
  • Experience in a digital, sales- and performance-focused environment.
  • Previous experience with large marketplaces (B2C or fashion).
  • Advanced knowledge of data tools (Power BI, Excel).
  • Experience operating with significant sellers (established brands).
