Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the achievement of targets set for collections channels (internal partners, external partners, digital and traditional)
Propose collection actions and campaigns
Identify and adopt market best practices to improve partner performance
Lead and organize regular review rituals for performance evaluation and meritocracy
Define the KPIs to be monitored.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of collections KPIs
Experience with call center routines, dialing strategy definition, channel management, portfolio segmentation, and collection tools
Proven ability to develop collection actions and campaigns
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Availability to travel
Knowledge of the credit cycle
Experience extracting and processing data using SAS / Databricks (SQL)
Experience managing external partners and call centers
Knowledge of credit and collections indicators.
