About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for coordinating a multidisciplinary CRM team for the Camicado business unit (BU).
  • Develop and direct CRM strategies aligned with marketing objectives and Camicado’s business goals.
  • Define and oversee nurture flows across the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze and report on CRM campaign performance (sales funnel, campaign-influenced/incremental revenue, open rates, click-through rates, conversion, churn).
  • Analyze and report on customer KPIs, database management, LTV and CAC.
  • Generate data-driven insights to continuously optimize actions and personalize communications.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, martech, media, product, BI, store operations, e-commerce and customer service teams to ensure a consistent customer journey.
  • Coordinate execution of one-off campaigns and automated journeys across email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve results.
  • Coordinate customer strategies including database segmentation, ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD policies and best practices for data usage.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Responsys, Salesforce, Adobe, CDP, etc.).
  • Prepare reports and presentations of results, insights, and customer/CRM metrics for different executive levels within the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with database segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM metrics (RFM, lifecycle metrics: acquisition, repeat purchase/recurrence, retention, churn; LTV, CAC, ROI, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience designing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing for an omnichannel strategy.
  • Proven experience leading omnichannel projects.
  • Desirable/differential: experience with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, BI tools, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Basic SQL knowledge or data manipulation skills (a plus).
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation.
  • Strategic, customer-focused vision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good communication and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Collaborative profile with leadership skills.
