About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop data analyses focused on ecommerce performance (revenue, conversion, browsing behavior, cart abandonment, acquisition channels, product performance, among others), producing actionable insights for the business;
Work on understanding and improving the user journey (site and app), building funnel analyses and identifying friction points and opportunities to improve the digital experience;
Actively participate in the definition, structuring and evolution of event tracking, ensuring correct measurement of the user journey from navigation through conversion;
Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams to validate journey events, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability;
Use statistical tools and data analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends and to generate hypotheses about user behavior;
Measure the impact of business initiatives (features, campaigns, product improvements), including financial gains, operational efficiency and impact on customer experience;
Ensure documentation of analytical processes, metric definitions and data structures, promoting governance and reproducibility of analyses;
Work collaboratively with Data, BI, Engineering and Product teams, ensuring alignment on metrics, hypotheses and interpretation of results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields;
Knowledge of Ecommerce and/or Digital Marketing;
Knowledge of user journey, funnel analysis and digital behavior;
Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar);
Experience in analyzing, extracting and combining data from multiple sources;
Experience using SQL databases;
Knowledge of Python for data processing (Pandas, NumPy, etc.);
Analytical aptitude and statistical knowledge;
Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**Desired/Additional Knowledge:**
Experience with Databricks and Azure;
Experience with BI tools;
Experience analyzing retail data;
Experience with digital platform migration projects or restructuring event tracking;
