About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work toward achieving common objectives together with the team;
- Act as a change agent in the customer service journey;
- Respond promptly to customer complaints in a clear, courteous, and professional manner;
- Investigate and understand submitted complaints, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions for Renner customers;
- Maintain clear and empathetic communication with customers, ensuring all information is conveyed understandably and in a friendly manner;
- Proactively contact customers on Reclame Aqui.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a university program;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Digital, collaborative, and proactive mindset;
- Prior experience in customer relations and/or e-commerce is desirable;
- A completed higher education degree is a plus.
