About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development teams
- Facilitate technical decision-making within the team
- Monitor task progress throughout the development cycle, identifying and mitigating risks that could prevent the team from delivering tasks
- Assist teams in the deployment/implementation of solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related Information Technology fields
- Experience leading software development teams
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products
- Experience with financial products (cards, loans, insurance)
- Experience with agile or waterfall methodologies
- Service documentation
