Human Resources Intern – Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation of HR practices across client business areas;
- Work cross-functionally together with HR specialist teams;
- Provide guidance to employees as needed;
- Assist in the development and analysis of people and sustainability metrics;
- Contribute insights derived from data analysis;
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives;
- Responsible for the onboarding program for new hires and other training initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration;
- Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Canva is a plus;
- Organized, with strong communication skills and analytical ability.
