About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the construction, analysis, and updating of operational reports and databases;
Assist in store workforce planning, taking into account demand, productivity, and capacity;
Analyze requests for staffing adjustments on demand, evaluating impacts and consistency with defined parameters;
Support scenario simulations and studies to optimize resources;
Interact with store managers, people management (HR), and the Shared Services Center (CSC) to clarify data and align operational activities;
Monitor performance indicators and support identifying improvement opportunities;
Ensure organization and quality of information used in analyses;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (spreadsheet manipulation, basic formulas and data organization, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts)
Analytical profile and logical reasoning
Good verbal and written communication
Ease in building relationships and working in a team
Organized and attentive to details
Advanced Excel knowledge is a differential
Experience working with large volumes of data
Interest in topics such as operational efficiency, productivity, and planning
Ability to structure analyses and communicate insights clearly
Familiarity with capacity concepts, dimensioning, or operational planning
Basic knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools
