About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the construction, analysis, and updating of operational reports and databases;
  • Assist in store workforce planning, taking into account demand, productivity, and capacity;
  • Analyze requests for staffing adjustments on demand, evaluating impacts and consistency with defined parameters;
  • Support scenario simulations and studies to optimize resources;
  • Interact with store managers, people management (HR), and the Shared Services Center (CSC) to clarify data and align operational activities;
  • Monitor performance indicators and support identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Ensure organization and quality of information used in analyses;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (spreadsheet manipulation, basic formulas and data organization, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts)
  • Analytical profile and logical reasoning
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ease in building relationships and working in a team
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is a differential
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Interest in topics such as operational efficiency, productivity, and planning
  • Ability to structure analyses and communicate insights clearly
  • Familiarity with capacity concepts, dimensioning, or operational planning
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools
