About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze customer data with a focus on metrics such as RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value), Customer Lifecycle, LTV (Lifetime Value), DDA (Data-Driven Attribution), and incremental revenue from physical stores.
  • Create analytical reports, executive presentations and strategic materials to support decision-making.
  • Interface directly with Data, BI and Engineering teams, orchestrating briefings, aligning requests and conducting integrated analyses.
  • Support the interpretation of campaign and CRM journey results from the perspective of incremental impact and business value.
  • Ensure conceptual consistency of CRM and lifecycle metrics used by Marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and/or related fields.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Prior experience with CRM, customer data analysis and analytical modeling/visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with large transactional datasets (retail, e-commerce, omnichannel, loyalty programs).
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar (with a focus on executive storytelling, not just dashboards).
  • Experience in fashion retail or customer-centric businesses.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business areas.
