About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consolidate and monitor the financial performance of LATAM operations;
Ensure execution of the budgeting cycle (budget, forecast, actual vs. budget);
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth;
Develop financial analyses and projections to support strategic decisions;
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing corrective actions;
Support business areas with financial insights and scenario simulations;
Act as a Business Partner to business areas, fostering integration and alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong experience in financial planning, FP&A and/or controllership;
Advanced Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint;
Analytical skills, problem-solving ability and strategic vision;
Retail experience will be considered a plus;
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, EPM Cloud Planning) and BI tools (Power BI);
Desired: intermediate Spanish and English.
