About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical support for the main processes within the purchasing area, such as issuing purchase orders, managing the order portfolio, and making system adjustments;
Perform follow-up and monitor production with suppliers;
Consolidate information generated by the commercial system, identifying possible inconsistencies in the expected results;
Oversee documentation and import processes;
Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers for product procurement;
Participate in strategic planning and in building the collection;
Support analyses and the preparation and delivery of reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Experience in purchasing/procurement;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Intermediate English is desirable.
