About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic CAPEX projects in Supply Chain from planning through final delivery;
- Own the control and monitoring of the directorate's CAPEX investments, ensuring financial discipline and predictability;
- Ensure project execution within scope, schedule, cost and quality, with an end-to-end perspective;
- Apply and strengthen project management methodology based on PMBOK, raising the area's maturity level;
- Structure and monitor schedules, risks, KPIs and executive status reports;
- Conduct follow-up meetings and committees with stakeholders and leadership;
- Act as a strategic link between Supply Chain, Finance and other areas;
- Identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks and capture gains;
- Lead and develop specialists and analysts, strengthening the team and building successors;
- Ensure projects deliver the strategic benefits forecasted in the business cases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
- Solid experience in managing CAPEX projects, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or industrial environments;
- Hands-on experience with financial management of projects, budget control and executive reporting;
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK);
- Familiarity with management tools and metrics (MS Project, Power BI, ERP or similar).
