About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic CAPEX projects in Supply Chain from planning through final delivery;
  • Own the control and monitoring of the directorate's CAPEX investments, ensuring financial discipline and predictability;
  • Ensure project execution within scope, schedule, cost and quality, with an end-to-end perspective;
  • Apply and strengthen project management methodology based on PMBOK, raising the area's maturity level;
  • Structure and monitor schedules, risks, KPIs and executive status reports;
  • Conduct follow-up meetings and committees with stakeholders and leadership;
  • Act as a strategic link between Supply Chain, Finance and other areas;
  • Identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks and capture gains;
  • Lead and develop specialists and analysts, strengthening the team and building successors;
  • Ensure projects deliver the strategic benefits forecasted in the business cases.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
  • Solid experience in managing CAPEX projects, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or industrial environments;
  • Hands-on experience with financial management of projects, budget control and executive reporting;
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK);
  • Familiarity with management tools and metrics (MS Project, Power BI, ERP or similar).
