About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Beauty marketing strategy, covering Partner Brands and Alchemia, aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams, partners and agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Manage and develop the POS / Trade Marketing team, working cross-functionally across Renner, Alchemia and partner brands.
  • Ensure that brand plans contribute to the growth of BAU (performance) and GROW (transformation).
  • Balance strategic and operational demands, ensuring speed, quality and impact across multiple channels (physical stores, online and omnichannel).
  • Track results, monitor KPIs and translate data into clear strategic recommendations for decision-making.
  • Contribute to strengthening Renner as a fashion and lifestyle brand, increasing relevance and competitiveness in the Beauty market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or related fields.
  • Solid experience in marketing and business development, preferably in large organizations.
  • Proven experience in brand building and management, with a strategic mindset and results orientation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing partners and agencies.
  • Preferred experience in the Beauty, Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Analytical and creative profile, with the ability to interpret data and drive innovation.
  • Ability to develop people, establish governance and ensure excellence in execution.
  • Experience in in-store activations (POS) and integrated trade marketing initiatives.
